A HANDLE ON
FRESH STEMS
From the grower gate to the hotel vase, White Lilies (HK) Supply chain Limited turns a fragile promise into a reliable daily delivery. These are the services that keep flowers at their best, priced fairly and placed exactly where they need to be.
Farm Direct Sourcing
We take the long road out of your supply, sourcing stems close to where they grow.
WhiteLilies holds established buying arrangements with growers in cool, high and dry flower regions known for long vase life and steady stem strength. By buying near the field and packing at source, we shorten the time between cut and cold room and remove costly layers of resale that add days and dollars before a stem ever reaches you.
Each grower accepts our handling code, which covers harvest timing, hydration on the bench, correct bunching and honest transit temperature. The result is a landed price that reflects the flower, not the number of hands it passed along the way.
Landed Quality
Stems that begin well, travel well. We protect the first mile because it decides the last.
Honest Pricing
Direct buying keeps your cost clear and predictable across the week.
Season Baskets
We steer you toward varieties at their peak so your margin rides the natural calendar.
Cold Chain Freight
A steady cold chain is the quiet engine behind every flower that still looks rested on delivery.
Our cooler room on Prat Avenue holds blooms near four degrees, and every inbound and outbound load carries the same discipline. Temperature monitors ride with shipments, handling is prompt and shaded, and the dial stays in its narrow window from farm pack to your receiving bench.
Freight is booked around the bloom calendar and the dial. We will tell you honestly when a variety cannot shoulder a journey, and we will never quietly risk a load to clear a schedule. A flower that slept well is the only flower worth shipping.
Bloom Conditioning and Grading
Every stem earns its letter on our conditioning bench before it is allowed to travel.
The morning a stem arrives it is stripped of lower leaves, trimmed at an angle and rested in clean water so it can drink deeply. Only after that hydration hold does it move to grading, where we judge stem strength, petal set, neck posture and bud tightness.
Each flower is graded and marked so you always know what you are receiving. Tight buds that travel best are matched with distant counters, while open peaks stay close to tomorrow. Nothing is guessed and nothing travels half prepared, because a strong collar is the difference between a stem that serves your vase and one that only fills a bin.
Event and Hotel Programs
Quietly dependable supply for the lobbies, banquets and celebrations that cannot forgive a delay.
Hotels and event houses run on precision, so we run theirs as our own. We set a standing weekly menu of stems matched to your banqueting calendar, deliver to a firm window and keep graded back-up stock in our cooler for the moments an event grows beyond its forecast.
For weddings and large functions we stage an order across several days so every flower opens where you need it, on the day you need it, never all at once too early. Our team reads the bloom calendar so your design team sees petals flower in plan, not in panic.
Retail Bundle Packs
Ready-made mixed stems built for the counter that likes to keep its hands free.
Small florists and shop counters want dependable choice without the weight of buying whole crates. Our retail bundle packs bring together graded stems in clear, repeatable mixes: seasonal whites, cool pastels, hardy evergreens or event cut. Each bundle ships conditioned, hydrated and clearly labelled with its grading letter and expected vase life.
Orders are consistent from week to week, so you can price confidently and stock without surprises.
Waste Bloom Recovery
A flower past its vase date is not wasted; it is simply reassigned.
Not every stem sells in time, and we believe that is no reason to apologise. Blooms that pass their peak are redirected with care: loose petals to drying rooms for craft and petal work, stems to fragrance and botanical partners, and perfect-again cuts to friends who value them differently.
The practice keeps good material out of the bin, supports the growers we buy from and quietly reduces the landfill cost built into every flower that travels. Kindness here is also a business decision.
